Acquisition | DIGITAL VALUE SPA | 22nd May 2026

On March 5, 2026 OEP Danzig BidCo SpA launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of DIGITAL VALUE SPA. Each shareholder of DIGITAL VALUE SPA will receive EUR 29 in cash for every share held. Based on the announcement published on May 15, 2026 the acquiror holds 93.59 percent of share capital of DIGITAL VALUE SPA. Following payment of consideration which is scheduled on May 22, 2026, Borsa Italiana will order suspension and delisting of shares of DIGITAL VALUE SPA. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove DIGITAL VALUE SPA giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DIGITAL VALUE SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DIGITAL VALUE SPA (DGV.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/05/2026
