Stock Distribution | NATIONAL INDUSTRIES GROUP HOLDING SAK | 21st May 2026

On May 13, 2026 Ordinary General Assembly of NATIONAL INDUSTRIES GROUP HOLDING SAK approved distribution in kind dividend. As a result of which each shareholder of NATIONAL INDUSTRIES GROUP HOLDING SAK will receive 4 shares of NATIONAL INDUSTRIES CO KPSC for every 100 shares held. The effective date of the distribution as confirmed by Boursa Kuwait is May 21, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company NATIONAL INDUSTRIES CO KPSC will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
