Acquisition | UDEMY INC | 13th May 2026

Initially announced on December 18, 2025 COURSERA INC made a stock offer for UDEMY INC of 0.8 shares per UDEMY INC share held. UDEMY INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 9, 2026. Trading in shares of UDEMY INC is expected to be halted effective May 11, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • UDEMY INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of UDEMY INC (UDMY.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 13/05/2026
