Acquisition | GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD | 12th May 2026

Initially announced on August 30, 2024, GUJARAT GAS CO LTD (GGL) made a stock offer to purchase all shares of GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD (GSPL). Shareholders will receive 10 shares of GGL for every 13 GSPL shares held. The effective date of the acquisition will be May 12, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD (GSPT.NS) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/05/2026
