Initially announced on June 16, 2025 365 RETAIL MARKETS LLC made a cash offer for CANTALOUPE INC of USD 11.2 per CANTALOUPE INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 8, 2026. Trading in shares of CANTALOUPE INC is expected to be halted effective May 8, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CANTALOUPE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CANTALOUPE INC (CTLP.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
