Initially announced on November 13, 2025 CONSORTIUM made a cash offer for ECN CAPITAL CORP of CAD 3.1 per ECN CAPITAL CORP share held. ECN CAPITAL CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 20, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 29, 2026. Trading in shares of ECN CAPITAL CORP is expected to be halted effective April 29, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ECN CAPITAL CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ECN CAPITAL CORP (ECN.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
