Initially announced on December 18, 2025 BURKE & HERBERT FINANCIAL SE made a stock offer for LINKBANCORP INC of 0.135 shares per LINKBANCORP INC share held. LINKBANCORP INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 25, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 1, 2026. Trading in shares of LINKBANCORP INC is expected to be halted effective May 1, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of LINKBANCORP INC (LNKB.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
