Initially announced on November 19, 2025 ADOBE INC made a cash offer for SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A of USD 12 per SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A share held. SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 3, 2026. Trading in shares of SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A is expected to be halted effective April 28, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SEMRUSH HOLDINGS INC-A (SEMR.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
