Initially announced on September 19, 2026 BRITISH LAND CO PLC made a cash and stock offer for LIFE SCIENCE REIT PLC. Shareholders are eligible to receive Cash (GBP 0.141) and Stock (0.07) per share held. At the Shareholder Meeting on March, 19 2026, the Shareholders approved the transaction. Following the schedule, the last day for dealings will be April 17, 2026. LIFE SCIENCE REIT PLC will be removed from the indices effective April 21, 2026 with the Cash and Stock terms of the transaction. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LIFE SCIENCE REIT PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LIFE SCIENCE REIT PLC (LABS.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/04/2026
