Acquisition | TINEXTA SPA | 21st April 2026

Initially announced on December 24, 2025 ZINC BIDCO S.P.A launched a tender offer at 15 EUR to acquire the entire share capital of TINEXTA SPA. On April 10. 2026 TINEXTA SPA announced that the offeror acquired 12.09 % following the mandatory public tender offer expiring on April 7, 2026. As a result, the offeror holds 88.84% of TINEXTA SPA's share capital. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove TINEXTA SPA giving 2 business days notice effective April 21, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TINEXTA SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TINEXTA SPA (TNXT.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/04/2026
