Initially announced on November 5, 2025 BPER BANCA made a stock offer for BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO of 1.45 shares per BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 20, 2026. Trading in shares of BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO is expected to be halted effective April 20, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO (BPSI.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/04/2026
