Acquisition | FORAN MINING CORPORATION | 16th April 2026

Initially announced on February 2, 2026 ELDORADO GOLD CORP made a cash and stock offer for FORAN MINING CORPORATION of CAD 0.01 and 0.1128 shares per FORAN MINING CORPORATION share held. FORAN MINING CORPORATION shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 7, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 14, 2026. Trading in shares of FORAN MINING CORPORATION is expected to be halted effective April 15, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FORAN MINING CORPORATION will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FORAN MINING CORPORATION (FOM.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
