On December 11, 2025 FREUDENBERG HOME AND CLEANING SOLUTIONS announced a tender offer to purchase all common shares of NILFISK HOLDING A/S for DKK 140 per share. On April 8, 2026 the acceptances reached 94.47 percent. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove NILFISK HOLDING A/S giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NILFISK HOLDING A/S will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NILFISK HOLDING A/S (NLFSK.CO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/04/2026
