Acquisition | HOLOGIC INC | 9th April 2026

Initially announced on October 21, 2025 CONSORTIUM made a cash offer for HOLOGIC INC of USD 76 plus one CVR per HOLOGIC INC share held. At a special meeting held on February 5, 2026, the shareholders of HOLOGIC INC approved the proposed merger. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 7, 2026. Trading in shares of HOLOGIC INC is expected to be halted effective April 7, 2026. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, Solactive will remove HOLOGIC INC at its last close price effective April 9, 2026 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HOLOGIC INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HOLOGIC INC (HOLX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/04/2026
