Acquisition | ON24 INC | 1st April 2026

Initially announced on December 30, 2025 CVENT made a cash offer for ON24 INC of USD 8.1 per ON24 INC share held. ON24 INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 26, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 1, 2026. Trading in shares of ON24 INC is expected to be halted effective April 1, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ON24 INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ON24 INC (ONTF.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/04/2026
