Initially announced on September 25, 2025 DESJARDINS GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT INC made a cash offer for GUARDIAN CAP GRP LTD-CL A of CAD 68 per GUARDIAN CAP GRP LTD-CL A share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 25, 2026. Trading in shares of GUARDIAN CAP GRP LTD-CL A is expected to be halted effective March 25, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GUARDIAN CAP GRP LTD-CL A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GUARDIAN CAP GRP LTD-CL A (GCGa.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/03/2026
