Initially announced on December 9, 2025 CONTANGO ORE INC. made a stock offer for DOLLY VARDEN SILVER LTD of 0.1652 shares per DOLLY VARDEN SILVER LTD share held. DOLLY VARDEN SILVER LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 17, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 27, 2026. Trading in shares of DOLLY VARDEN SILVER LTD is expected to be halted effective March 27, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DOLLY VARDEN SILVER LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of CONTANGO ORE INC. (CTGO.A) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
