Initially announced on November 3, 2025 COEUR MINING INC made a stock offer for NEW GOLD INC of 0.4959 shares per NEW GOLD INC share held. NEW GOLD INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 27, 2026. Trading in shares of NEW GOLD INC is expected to be halted effective March 20, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEW GOLD INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEW GOLD INC (NGD.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/03/2026
