Mandatory Conversion | GALAXY DIGITAL INC | 20th March 2026

On March 3rd, 2026, GALAXY DIGITAL INC announced that it has approved the voluntary delisting of the GALAXY DIGITAL INC common stock from the Toronto Stock Exchange. GALAXY DIGITAL INC common stock will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange effective as of close of markets on March 19, 2026. GALAXY DIGITAL INC common stock will continue to be listed and trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Solactive AG will apply a mandatory conversion to the indices on a one to one basis. GALAXY DIGITAL INC (GLXY CT) will be replaced by GALAXY DIGITAL INC (GLXY UW).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GALAXY DIGITAL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of GALAXY DIGITAL INC (GLXY.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 20/03/2026
