Initially announced on September 11, 2025, HAKUHODO DY HLDGS made a cash offer for DIGITAL HOLDINGS INC of JPY 2015 per DIGITAL HOLDINGS INC share held. Trading in shares of DIGITAL HOLDINGS INC is expected to be halted effective March 19, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DIGITAL HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DIGITAL HOLDINGS INC (2389.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
