Acquisition | KITWAVE GROUP PLC | 12th March 2026

On 22 January 2026, the boards of KITWAVE GROUP PLC and Kite UK Bidco Limited announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition pursuant to which Kite UK Bidco Limitedwill acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of KITWAVE GROUP PLC. Each shareholder of KITWAVE GROUP PLC will receive GBP 2.95 in cash for every share held. Subject to Court Sanction hearing expected to take place on March 10, 2026, the last trading date is March 11, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KITWAVE GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KITWAVE GROUP PLC (KITW.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/03/2026
