On 25 February 2026, GREAT EAGLE HOLDINGS LTD ORD announced a special dividend in the form of a distribution in specie, whereby shareholders will receive 1 share of LANGHAM HOSPITALITY INVESTMENTS LTD for every 15 shares held of GREAT EAGLE HOLDINGS LTD ORD. The effective date will be 12 March 2026.
