Acquisition | AEDAS HOMES SAU | 11th March 2026

In December 2025, Neinor acquired a 79.20% controlling stake in AEDAS through the voluntary tender offer, securing the support of its main shareholder post which a mandatory tender offer was launched. Each shareholder of AEDAS HOMES SAU would receive EUR 24 in cash for every share held. The mandatory tender offer has now been completed with an acceptance of 17.63%, increasing NEINOR HOMES SLU total ownership to 96.83%. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent Solactive AG will remove NEINOR HOMES SLU giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AEDAS HOMES SAU will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AEDAS HOMES SAU (AEDAS.MC) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/03/2026
