Acquisition | ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD | 6th March 2026

Initially announced on December 15, 2025 US Kratos Security & Defense Solutions made a cash offer for ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD of USD 13.725 per ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 4, 2026. Trading in shares of ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD is expected to be halted effective March 4, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD (ORBI.TA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/03/2026
