Acquisition | SOLGOLD PLC | 4th March 2026

On 24 December 2025, the boards of directors of SolGold and JCHK, for and on behalf of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (?JCC?), announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer to be made by JCHK to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of SolGold of 28 pence in cash per SolGold Share. The expected Effective Date of the agreement is March, 4 2026.It will be removed from the indices effective (open) March 4, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SOLGOLD PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SOLGOLD PLC (SOLG.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/03/2026
