On February 2 2026, GOL INVESTMENT BRAZIL SA launched a tender offer to acquire GOL LINHAS AEREAS - PREF for a tender offer price of BRL 11.45, with aims to take the company private. On February 24 2026, the company announced that the tender offer acceptances had reached 99.95%. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove GOL LINHAS AEREAS - PREF giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GOL LINHAS AEREAS - PREF will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GOL LINHAS AEREAS - PREF (GOLL54.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/02/2026
