Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD QUALITY FUND made a stock offer for BLACKROCK INVT QUALITY MUNI of 0.98736579 shares per BLACKROCK INVT QUALITY MUNI share held. BLACKROCK INVT QUALITY MUNI shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK INVT QUALITY MUNI is expected to be halted effective February 23, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BLACKROCK INVT QUALITY MUNI will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD QUALITY FUND (MQY.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 26/02/2026
