BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD FUND INC shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD FUND INC is expected to be halted effective February 23, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.
