Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIASSETS FUND INC made a stock offer for BLACKROCK LNG TM MUN ADV TST of 0.88368101 shares per BLACKROCK LNG TM MUN ADV TST share held. BLACKROCK LNG TM MUN ADV TST shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK LNG TM MUN ADV TST is expected to be halted effective February 23, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
