Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD QUALITY FU made a stock offer for BLACKROCK MUNIVEST FUND INC of 0.63218946 shares per BLACKROCK MUNIVEST FUND INC share held. BLACKROCK MUNIVEST FUND INC shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK MUNIVEST FUND INC is expected to be halted effective February 23, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BLACKROCK MUNIVEST FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD QUALITY FU (MYI.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
