Initially announced on November 3, 2025 MATRIX IT LTD made a stock offer for MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES of 0.5878202 shares per MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES share held.At a special meeting held on December 10, 2025, the shareholders of MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES approved the proposed merger with MATRIX IT LTD LTD. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 24, 2026. Trading in shares of MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES is expected to be halted effective February 24, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MAGIC SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES (MGIC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/02/2026
