Acquisition | WAREHOUSE REIT PLC | 9th October 2025

On 4 June 2025, the boards of Wapping Bidco Ltd a newly-formed company indirectly owned by investment funds advised by af?liates of Blackstone Inc and WAREHOUSE REIT PLC announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued share capital of WAREHOUSE REIT PLC. Each shareholder of WAREHOUSE REIT PLC will receive GBP 1.134 in cash for every share held. The offeror declared the offer unconditional on September 8, 2025. The last trading date is expected to be October 8, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WAREHOUSE REIT PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WAREHOUSE REIT PLC (WHRW.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/10/2025
