Initially announced on July 14, 2025 ZIMMER BIOMET HOLDINGS INC made a cash offer for MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD of USD 4.04 plus one contingent value right per MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD share held. MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 30, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 7, 2025. Trading in shares of MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD is expected to be halted effective October 7, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD will be removed at its last close price effective October 7, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS ORD (MGRM.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
