Acquisition | BRF SA – ADR | 26th September 2025

On September 12, 2025, BNY announced, in connection with the merger between BRF SA and MARFRIG GLOBAL FOODS SA, the effective date for BRF SA ADR holders will be September 23, 2025. On the effective date, each BRF SA ADS will be exchange for 0.8521 MARFRIG GLOBAL FOOD-SPON ADSs. Following the merger, MARFRIG GLOBAL FOOD-SPON ADSs will begin trading under the symbol MRRTY. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BRF SA – ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BRF SA – ADR (BRFS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/09/2025
