Initially announced on April 4, 2025 PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNI INC FD made a stock offer for PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III. PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III shareholders approved the Merger on June 27, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on August 4, 2025. Trading in shares of PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III is expected to be halted effective August 4, 2025. Final merger ratio is 0.73618 PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNI INC FD shares for every share held in PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PIMCO CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND III (PZC.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/08/2025
