Acquisition | INOX WIND ENERGY LTD | 23rd June 2025

On June 10, 2025 the National Company Law Tribunal bench has approved the merger of INOX WIND ENERGY LTD into its parent firm INOX WIND LTD. Under the approved scheme, INOX WIND ENERGY LTD shareholders will receive 632 equity shares of INOX WIND LTD for every 10 shares held. Trading in equity shares of INOX WIND ENERGY LTD shall be suspended on June 20, 2025 following the completion of the Scheme of Amalgamation. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INOX WIND ENERGY LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of INOX WIND LTD (INWN.NS) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 23/06/2025
