Acquisition | URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC | 23rd June 2025

On May 9, the boards of URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC and LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of cash and sahre offer pursuant to which LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC will acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of of URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC. Each shareholder of of URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC will receive 0.5612 new LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC shares and GBP 0.428 in cash for every share held in URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC. The General meeting of shareholders held on June 13, 2025 approved the scheme. The Court hearing to sanction the scheme is expected to be held on June 20, 2025. The last trading date in shares of URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC is expected to be June 20, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of URBAN LOGISTICS REIT PLC (SHED.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/06/2025
