Acquisition | CANVEST ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION GROUP CO LTD | 15th May 2025

Initially in 2024, GRANDBLUE INVESTMENT HONGKONG LIMITED announced the acquisition of CANVEST ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION GROUP CO LTD with a cash offer of HKD 4.9 per share. Subject to customary closing conditions, the effective date of the scheme will be 15 May 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CANVEST ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION GROUP CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CANVEST ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION GROUP CO LTD (1381.HK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/05/2025
