Acquisition | NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I | 13th May 2025

On March 10, 2025 Apax Funds announced a public offer to the shareholders of NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I to tender all their shares in the Company to the Offeror at a price of SEK 36.5 in cash per share. On May 7, 2025 Apax Funds successfully completed the offer with acceptances reaching 98.32 percent of NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I share capital. All conditions for completion of the Offer have been fulfilled. The acceptance period for the Offer has been extended until May 19, 2025. The Bidder intends to initiate compulsory redemption proceedings. As the float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I from the indices on May 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NORVA24 GROUP AB W/I (NORVA.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/05/2025
