Acquisition | STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A | 13th March 2025

Initially announced on August 21, 2024, BITFARMS LTD/CANADA made a stock offer for STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A of 2.52 shares per STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A share held. STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 27, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 12, 2025. Trading in shares of STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A is expected to be halted effective March 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING-A (SDIG.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/03/2025

• The shares of BITFARMS LTD/CANADA (BITF.TO) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
