Acquisition | FISSION URANIUM CORP | 31st December 2024

Initially announced on June 24, 2024 PALADIN ENERGY LTD made a stock offer for FISSION URANIUM CORP of 0.1076 shares per FISSION URANIUM CORP share held. FISSION URANIUM CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 9, 2024. Court approval was received on September 26, 2024. On December 23, 2024, the Acquisition was completed. FISSION URANIUM CORP has since applied to delist its shares from the TSX, with such delisting expected to be effective at market close (1:00 p.m. EST) on 24 December 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FISSION URANIUM CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FISSION URANIUM CORP (FCU.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 31/12/2024
