Initially announced on August 8, 2024 RECURSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC made a stock offer for EXSCIENTIA LTD of 0.7729 shares per EXSCIENTIA LTD – ADR share held. EXSCIENTIA LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 12, 2024. The Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 20, 2024. Trading in shares of EXSCIENTIA LTD – ADR is expected to be halted effective November 20, 2024.
