Methodology Change of the Solactive Equileap Gender Equality Index Family

Today, on 11 August 2017, Solactive announces the following change to the methodology of the Solactive Equileap Gender Equality Index Family:

Effective from 8 September 2017 onwards, the criteria 5 (promotion & career development opportunities) and 8 (parental leave) used to calculate the score as part of the selection process contained in section 2.1 of the respective guidelines will be slightly modified. This change in the methodology aims to further improve the selection procedure of companies that are in line with the overall goal of the indices.

The new guidelines will be accessible on the Index webpages on the effective date of this methodology change.
