Acquisition | LXI REIT PLC ORD | 5th March 2024

On January 11, 2024 the boards of directors of LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC and LXI REIT PLC ORD announced the agreement to an all share merger as a result of which each shareholder of LXI REIT PLC ORD will receive 0.55 new shares of LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC. Completion of the Merger remains subject to the Court sanctioning the scheme at the Court Hearing, which is expected to be held on 4 March 2024, with the Scheme becoming effective thereafter on 5 March 2024. The last trading day is expected to be March 4, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LXI REIT PLC ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LXI REIT PLC ORD (LXIL.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/03/2024
