Due to the acquisition of CRESTWOOD EQUITY PARTNERS LP by ENERGY TRANSFER LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CRESTWOOD EQUITY PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CRESTWOOD EQUITY PARTNERS LP (CEQP.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
