Acquisition | ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD | 22nd December 2025

Initially announced on July 15, 2025, ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD announced that it has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Geely Automobile Holdings Limited. Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, at the effective time of the Merger ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD American Depositary Share ( ADS ) shareholders may elect to receive a) 12.3 Geely Automobile Holdings Limited Shares for each ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD American Depositary Share ( Per ADS Stock Consideration) or b) Elect to receive USD 26.87 in Cash, less depositary fees and withholdings, if any ( Per ADS Cash Consideration ). Under the terms of the election, ADSs which are not subject to an effective election will be treated as Non-Electing Shares and converted into the right to receive the Per ADS Cash Consideration. On September 15, 2025, ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD announced that the shareholder approved the merger agreement. The merger is expected to be completed on December 22, 2025. ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD will be halted effective business market open December 22, 2025

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of ZEEKR INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY HOLDING LTD (ZK.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 22/12/2025
