Acquisition | VISTA OUTDOOR INC | 2nd December 2024

Initially announced on October 15, 2023 CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP (CSG) made an offer for VISTA OUTDOOR INC. In connection with and prior to the Acquisition by CSG, VISTA OUTDOOR INC will separate REVELYST INC. Pursuant to the CSG agreement, VISTA OUTDOOR INC shareholders will receive USD 25.75 per each share held. Pursuant to the Revelyst agreement, VISTA OUTDOOR INC shareholders will receive one share of REVELYST INC per each share held. On October 4, 2024, VISTA OUTDOOR INC entered into an additional agreement with SVP, where SVP will acquire all outstanding shares of REVELYST INC for USD 19.25. The SVP agreement is expected to be completed in early 2025. VISTA OUTDOOR INC shareholders approved the CSG Acquisition on November 25, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 27, 2024. Trading in shares of VISTA OUTDOOR INC is expected to be halted effective November 27, 2024. ***Please note: the VISTA OUTDOOR INC removal price will depend on the trading status of REVELYST INC. If, at the close prior the effective date, REVELYST INC is not trading, the removal price will be the VISTA OUTDOOR INC last close price. If, at the close prior the effective date, REVELYST INC is trading, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction (REVELYST INC close price * exchange ratio + cash terms).***

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VISTA OUTDOOR INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VISTA OUTDOOR INC (VSTO.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
