Acquisition | STELCO HOLDINGS INC | 4th November 2024

Initially announced on July 15, 2024 CLEVELAND CLIFFS INC made a cash and stock offer for STELCO HOLDINGS INC of CAD 60 and 0.454 shares per STELCO HOLDINGS INC share held. STELCO HOLDINGS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 16, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• STELCO HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of STELCO HOLDINGS INC (STLC.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/11/2024
