Initially announced on June 21, 2024 Altaris LLC made a cash offer for SHARECARE INC of USD 1.43 per SHARECARE INC share held. SHARECARE INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 17, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 22, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SHARECARE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SHARECARE INC (SHCR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/10/2024
