Following the tender offer result SONG BIDCO will control 87.22 percent of the share capital of SAMTY HOLDINGS CO LTD. As the free float of SAMTY HOLDINGS CO LTD is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SAMTY HOLDINGS CO LTD from the indices effective on December 2, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SAMTY HOLDINGS CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SAMTY HOLDINGS CO LTD (187A.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
